Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey with Pushpad and Google Docs

If your website uses Pushpad for web push notifications is very easy to create a NPS survey with a high rate of responses.

  1. Go to Google Forms and create a new module
  2. Add this question: How likely are you to recommend [WEBSITE NAME] to a friend or colleague? [1-10] 
  3. Click Send/share and get the link to the survey
  4. Go to Pushpad and send a new notification to all your subscribers. For example:
    • Title: [WEBSITE NAME]
    • Message: How are we doing?
    • Link: [LINK TO YOUR SURVEY]
